I bet the person entrusted with editing Bush's manuscript is popping anti-depressants now. One can only engage in so much spin without incurring physical and mental vertigo.

Is it legitimate for someone who can't read to 'write' a book?

Clinton’s massive autobiography, “My Life,” appeared in 2004 as a nearly 1,000-page hardcover—it spent six weeks at No. 1—and later as a two-volume paperback.

Like Jonathan FRAZIER's The Corrections, Clinton's book is one of those you always wanted to finish but wouldn't.

I think that's 'Jonathan Franzen'. I'm just reading his new book 'Freedom' at this very moment.

    "They misunderestimated me."

"Rarely is the questioned asked: Is our children learning?"

"I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully."

"Families is where our nation finds hope, where wings take dream."

    I think that's 'Jonathan Franzen'.

Noted and thanks! Check out Oxygen by Andrew Miller as well. Both superbly written books from 2001 =/
