    Having a plan in place if different from actually doing anything to let it take effect.

    If companies really wanted to improve their slaves' mental health they would let them go home at a sensible time, cut out all this service overtime nonsense and let the slaves actually take holidays. But companies don't give a s*** about their slaves. There are always fresh supplies of work units to karoshi

    I donot think Mental Health Policy can improve staff's mental health but only less working hours and incentives may help improve labour's mental and physical health.
