If companies really wanted to improve their slaves' mental health they would let them go home at a sensible time, cut out all this service overtime nonsense and let the slaves actually take holidays. I donot think Mental Health Policy can improve staff's mental health but only less working hours and incentives may help improve labour's mental and physical health.
