    goddog - Yer right about that, ha ha!

    The 747-8 is actually longer than the A-380, but with its double deck going the length of the plane the A-380 squeezes in more passengers.

    Airbus and Boeing customers...will see their profits plunge to $4 billion this year from $18 billion in 2010. An industry trade body says however that even with higher fares, more people will fly this summer than last year, especially overseas.

    So the airlines this year are getting more business, charging higher fares...and losing more money?!? Amazing.
