    they need hire more guys with "flash stickers" on unnecessary walking path to show me the way, so it will make up this 0.2%

    It would be informative to know how the Japanese government determines if someone is employed or unemployed. Anyone know? Is the day-worker who works one day a month considered employed for that month or unemployed?
