Mitsui Fudosan has opened a new department store and entertainment called COREDO Muromachi 2 & 3. It coincides with the renewal of the existing COREDO Muromachi and Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower. The existing two department stores have targeted people in their 40s, but the new stores will mainly target 30-40s to revitalize the Nihonbashi area, Mitsui Fudosan says.

COREDO Muromachi 2 primarily contains restaurants chosen from all over the world as well as Japan, along with the first movie theater in this area, TOHO cinemas Nihonbashi.

On the other hand, COREDO Muromachi contains long-established Japanese stores such as famous Kyoto confectionery maker Tsuruya Yoshinobu, and Kayanoya, a seasoning retailer that was established in 1893.

Until April 6, all COREDO buildings are lit up in pink to celebrate the cherry blossom season.

The nearest station to COREDO Muromachi is Mitsukoshi-Mae on the Ginza and Hanzomon subway lines. Make sure you don’t get off at Nihonbashi Station, which is the closest station to COREDO Nihonbashi.

Strange article. anyway, Nihonbashi didn't need "revitalising". St Pau is the best thing about the Coredo complex
