    Maybe if they added beatle boots and Ziggy Stardust-esque hair to its repertoire, Esquire could've thrived among the young fashionistas.

    They should run a skeleton crew of account managers/editors with a free-lancer group for a PDF web-only or iPhone/iTunes only version. Silly to cut and walk like that.
