  Looks like all the cheaper Indonesian care-givers may really be needed, though they should make sure that they get paid fully and on-time. Japan has a great history of bilking trainees and other Immigrant workers out of their due salaries,

  nandakandamanda - Respectfully, do a bit of research on Japan's political (or lack of) climate. Also, check out Japans economic status and its debt. Also, see the bubble in the early 90's...what led to it...and the govt's response...also, check out needless public works projects that waste tax payer money, also check out the common place kick backs, bribes and bid rigging that they give an elimination lip service to, also check out amakudari, also check out the laughable failure of the pension system, also check out the sloooooowwww reaction to the suicide crisis, also check out the non-existance of a modern mental health care system, also check out failure of the education system, also check out the...etc etc etc etc.....
