Next will be quotas for LBGT board members, such as the BBC in the UK are already pushing for on their programming.

As a female, I have reached a point in my career, heaven forbid, through luck, hard work, and merit.

Frankly It's probably because the returns on my investments produces a smile factor for my companies/customers. Quotas won't, it's that simple
