Hitachi employees to go down by 7000 to 383,000 lucky employees. Lucky employess need to do more charity for their missing colleagues. Japan poverty level is 13.5 percent below poverty.

This may rise to 20 percent below poverty line,closer to India with 27.5 percent below poverty line. China has done best with 10 percent below poverty line.

Germany has higher below poverty line with 11 percent. America poverty is at 12.5 percent, 2.5 percent more than China. Best place to visit is China wth only 10 out 100 people under poverty line.

Rajkumar, thanks for the statistical data especially American poverty data. In a Japanese company’s 'fat cat executives' (mostly high-school pass out) can not understand, until they compare themselves with the American data. They only know how to sell their out dated machinery products to India and China with 40%-50% profit.
