This is not an Auto show. It is an advertisement for the nations big three. Much more fun to see all the concept cars from around the world. Are there going to be race queens there? I guess I am going if there are.

This is surprising given the small but growing numbers of Hyundai Taxi's i'm seeing in Tokyo these days. Would have thought they would have made the effort to put up an exhibit.

I agree with mrsynik. Everybody knows how the car market is suffering like so many other markets. Still, its a slap in the face of an important hand that feeds. As a neighboring country, they should know that put up a good face and trying to build relationships, in a market they still are trying to tap is still important in this and future times in Japan. No?
