Push up japan's economy needs more confidence building measures. Tax deductions is okay. More need to be done to reduce pessimism boost optimism/solidarity among people about economic pie.

Big pie or big money for all can buy many things. All money in world can't buy happiness/confidence.It is better for japan to use tax money to boost optimism via boost of national happiness index in japan people. Happiness/bliss is very individual to any particular person. Japan govt needs to help japan people in their pursuit of happiness.

There is many simple joys of happiness that need little money. Japan should do more promote simple joyful activities among people that bring happiness and boost confidence/happiness. More confidence/happiness building measures among people is needed to push up japan's economy.
