International Tokyo Toy Show 2008 kicks off
TOKYO —
The International Tokyo Toy Show 2008 kicked off Thursday at Tokyo Big Sight. The event is open to industry people Thursday and Friday, and to the public on Saturday and Sunday. About 120,000 people are expected to attend the 4-day event, organizers said. Admission is free.
At the annual exhibition, 134 toymakers from both Japan and abroad are exhibiting about 36,000 products. The main themes this year are “revolution and innovation” and “reprint and revival.” The toy industry is now focusing on toys for mature consumers, such as health-related and eco products as well as radio controlled items.

"radio controlled items"
The other day some idiot ran his radio controlled car right into me as I was walking on the street and I kicked it, knocking off a wheel.
