    as more men exited the labor market and stopped seeking jobs

    i.e. they could not get a job after 6 months so have volunatrily left the work force and get no government assistance.

    They are STILL unemployed

    Number of jobless gone up by 210,000 and now stands at Y2,770,000 According to news channels. Anyway, no comfort whether the jobless people are increasing or the rate is going down.
