Arab oil influence is waning? Well there is an assumption. And Japan Israel relations are "upgrading" "because" of this?
I find both of those assumptions pretty doubt-worthy.

Sparky: I agree. The reasoning here for bettering relationships, or letting them slide, with other nations as Kobayashi-san puts pretty much shows how it is absolutely not based on anything moral, as if it needed proving.

Excellent news. Everyone is aware of these two tech powerhouses, their collaboration will greatly benefit both. As for the Arab oil, it's good only to blackmail the world. Japan and Israel can work together to make oil even more irrelevant.
