    Such a lot of information missing from this article. Why is Panasonic considering a below market price? Why the difference between the numbers?

    Will this deal be done with 2 different prices differences wanted by seller Goldman Sachs and Panasonic.

    250 yen sell offer and 120 yen buy offer difference is wide, with Goldman wanting 130 yen more.
