“Industrial production has bottomed out and shows some signs of picking up.” I guess it is all good and safe now to start building my dream home and pick up a new car... LOL. I live in an industry sustained city and none of that optimism has trickled down here!!!

LOL. theye were expecting 1.5% growth, and that is down from 2.4% in December, but somehow, in the magical world of Japanese bureaucracy, that is a positive. Well, I guess we can't expect them to speak the truth, since the new LDP government has to keep everyone happy and optimistic until the upper-house elections in July.

If export is not going to pick up in the next 4 months, you should be worry . All these cash injection by Abe would come to nothing. Judging from the lack of demand in Europe and China I have grave doubt that Japan would pick itself out of recession. Not to add salt to would all these cash injection by Abe would come back in haunt him in the future.
