    Well thats some good news, at least. Although the quality and salary of the jobs is decreasing, these numbers don`t point to that.

    and now if they would only include, let's say "women, foreigners, persons who are without a job for more than 6 months, and basically all the other undesirables." now the number would be?

    Plenty of jobs,for all.

    People should come up with ideas-actions to make more jobs, for more people.
