This idea was initiated by Japanese old no good OYAJI politicians. Tokyo Casino is a bad idea. It only boosts up tourism, hospitality industries while Japanese common people have to deal with domestic and foreign criminals (prostitution, yakuza and drugs). I am totally against this.

Great, another entertainment venue to be monopolized by the AKB/Jonny's/Yoshimoto Kogyo industrial brainwashing complex...

Why the heck is Japan suddenly talking about casino? God, this is so annoying... I bet this is all just a distraction to not let people talk and think about politics and where the country is actually heading.

Being cultured is taking up the best of other cultures, not the worst. Say no to Casinos. They do not need people sitting in clouds of smoke, pulling levers, sipping alcohol and listening to their money disappear with eyes glazed over. They might rather invest in education, research, technology, infrastructure, arts, sports, horticulture...something that improves quality of life more than a money funnel.

Why don't the Japanese learn from Macau? Build the casino outside your capital in a place where land can still be developed around it, in a place where the new infrastructure will create necessary jobs and the problems can be contained?

Please, pretty please, NOT Tokyo!! Everything is already centred here. Pick somewhere else. Say, Sendai. Fukuoka next, if they want it.

Not Sendai: Too cold to lure Chinese who are used to Macao, Singapore, Hong Kong. Oh, tthese three may make in Gotenba becuase Russia has a plant to build in cold cold Russia. Every Casino builders have plans now.
