Yet another too big to fail bank in the making. I for one like the idea of having many smaller banks that employ more people, have differentiating qualities and are able to provide some stability to the global market.

Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co Ltd and Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities Co Ltd ?? WHY ????? Sound like they just kept the old separate ones and changed their names.

the brand name of Morgan Stanley has gone down the drain. I guess it's just Goldman Sachs here that'll dominate the foreign banks.

By all likelihoods, this one has far too many silent partners already :)

Morgan Stanley as a brand is dishonest. Don't trust their shills.
