China builds 3rd tallest building in shanghai via japan's mori.
Tallest building today is burg tower in dubai,UAE. Burj condominiums were all sold out via prestige address seeking rich people.
Another taller one may be built in Jeddah, by saudi tycoon.
Tall buildings does not actually make nations richer.
Nations get richer because many other factors other than just concrete made tall buildings.

as for japan and china getting along it is only Tatemai which is japanese for outter face. Most japanese hate china and most chinese hate japanese. Watch the video of the soccer match between japan and china, the mostly chinese crowd boooooo the japanese team even before the game started. As for this building it is just money
