    sure they do but they all go like this: leave all the dead guys where they are, and work the new guys like two slaves, instead of one

    They may do it now or is it that they are waiting for Govt subsidies?

    If they come up with a contingency plan they will have to form a committee to come up with a couple dozen scenarios and then get everyone's approval. This could take decades.

    Most companies will probably rely on the kindness of their employees should their building collapse or the city they are in destroyed.

    Besides, most companies are probably more worried about being in existence in a few years rather than worry about a possible earthquake.
