NARITA —
Narita International Airport Corp. said Thursday it will support operations at Egypt’s Borg el Arab international airport as part of a yen loan project under the Japanese government’s official development assistance to modernize the airport.
The firm said it will offer assistance to the Egyptian airport in terms of management, flight planning, staff education and other areas in response to a request from Egyptian Airports Co., which operates the airport in northern Egypt. It will be the first time for a Japanese company to provide such support at an international airport overseas. The Narita airport operator will send four employees to the Egyptian airport, and plans to accept 20 staff members from the airport as trainees in Japan.

I hope that when they send the staff here that they train them properly rather than giving them menial tasks. Airport is one thing but beyond that there is also the air traffic control and that is where there are a lot of key points are for Narita for sure. They do a really good job.
