Nestle, Japan Post to launch Kit Kat postage for university candidates

Nestle and Japan (JP) Post will launch a special campaign for university candidates from Jan 8. Japan Post will sell a special Kit Kat package which can be posted together with a 140-yen stamp at post offices nationwide.

In Japan, Kit Kat is popular among university candidates as a lucky charm because Kit Kat sounds like “Kitto Katsu” (possibly win). The two companies expect the new product to be used for sending messages to friends and families during the entrance examination period.
