    Investor are looking for good news, but even U.S. stocks are overvalued by about 35-40%. The fundamentals cannot support a sustainable rally. Since most companies are service-sector, they are dependent upon consumption-side spending. Since consumer and commercial credit have yet to recover, the demand is simply not there.
