Last month they sold 163559 vehicles. Right? And they are predicting 1.66 million for the whole year.Is my math that bad?

Fiscal year for Japan ends in March = Japan auto sales deals/incentives are higher in March. Having said that -the 1.66 million figure is for US auto sales for the month of March.
But you are correct in that 163,559 Nissan (light) sales for March could mean 1.66 million auto sales for the year for Nissan since the month of March is a "heavy selling" Month for Japanese auto companies because their fiscal year ends in March.
