Bad timing and timing is everything in the finance game. JP Morgan is letting go over 3000 WaMu employees, too. Also, it's a pity these 1000 will know just before Christmas they are out of a job by March. However,

Nomura is a company and I doubt it said anything. Perhaps Watanabe or Namikawa said it or it was written in a press release.

Boy look at the Brits taking it on the chin from team Japan. First Honda motors now Nomura ! I wonder if the Queens loyal servants will think twice about that next car, computer, or tv purchase. Vote with yer feet mateys !
