Oil producers fail to agree output freeze

oh poor OPEC the worlds biggest price fixers, crying because everybody wont play ball, booo hooo!

And yet the price of gasoline in Japan keeps going up, even though oil is low and the dollar is strong! Go figure.

The big problem here is Iran--they don't want to limit exports given oil is a huge revenue source for the country.

However, the price of oil may go up again--there are now fears that Venezuela and Nigeria could stop exporting oil due to the political and economic instability of both countries--over 5 million barrels a day of production threatened.

I see oil go down 3-4％ at times yet never a drop in the price of gasoline! Also,getting an oil change here always seems to be the same price....strange!
