Panasonic people out of Panasonic, time for them to make themselves, useful in various kind of new activities in economy ,which will be coming in future industries jobs.

They could get involved more into IT hardware factories,which may boom in future Global PCs/Laptops/Broadband/software world.

Jobs of today are man made,they can be remade by man again for new future demand industries.

Japan's economy problems are quite severe and old but now they are in 'open' because there is a banner reading 'global', come and join us ! Good opportunity for developing economies i.e. CHANGE !

...exactly my thoughts as well. 15,000 jobs at Panasonic means how many more jobs for Panasonic-related companies who supply parts, materials, machines, and services will be lost? This is HUGE.
