Stop calling Prius a CAR, will you? It's an appliance, a fridge, white good, etc, but it's not a CAR... the same with Insight and other pointless hybrids

Car of the year? Heck yeah. This car will change the world. What was the last car to do that? The Model T? The VW Beetle?

I like the new Prius a lot better than the last gen, kinda crazy that they approach $30k well equipped.

Lets just clarify the situation here. Isn’t this the exact same car that is currently being dragged through the American court system for using technology stolen from the Americans. In fact the case looks so “cut and dry” that major media outlets like USA today and MSNBC have already told the US to prepare for an America without the Prius; Hey I got no problems with that. In addition, I do believe that this same car is under investigation for it’s pricing for it’s batteries, and to date, Toyota has failed to explain anything leaving the obvious implication of dumping lingering in the air. In short, why is the media rewarding Toyota for it’s continuous lying and cheating ? Obama got an award he didn’t deserve and the world whined on excessively. Toyota is in the same boat, but they are facing criminal investigations. Where is the fairness in reporting many of us are demanding ?
