    35.5% of workers have crappy insecure part time/temporary jobs. Just demonstrates japan's malaise. No wonder no one's having kids. This figure includes most foreigners I guess.

    Part time and free lance workers rise to 35.5 percent, considering that abuse and apathy at the work place, on the rise also.

    May be even more rise in percentage of free lance workers in future, employers just can hold on to employees like before any more.

    People,society, jobs and employers is changing year by year.

    Anything making jobs, will not keep on making a lot money.

    Changes/competitions are happening to society, that are creating global flux of change in trade worldwide, which dictates new kind of employers,work place and employees for a borderless world.

    Employers who do not change with times will face more problems, with more employees leaving.

    Shifting nature of fortunes globally, also now dictate need kind of dynamic employers and dynamic employees of future, in a borderless world trade atmosphere of constant changes.

    The era of life time employment and permanent full time employment may be reducing globally.

    Today's jobs keep changing from one nation to another, according dictates of changing global trade/business/consumer demands, needs.

    Heck, why hire full time workers for whom you have to pay health insurance and bonuses when you can hire part timers to do the same job?
