Carlos Ghosn doesn't deserve to pay cut if Renault-Nissan sold more than previous year. Nissan should reduce Renault Company's share in Nissan to 35% from 43.4%. Nissan Company is more profitable Car Company under Carlos Ghosn management and sold more cars than Renault. Renault sold only half of Nissan cars sold over the years. Nissan Company should concern about the French Government owning of 19.73 % shares in Renault and influence over Renault voting right in Nissan-Renault. Japanese Government should reform foreign ownership in Japanese Company.
