    Hmmm, wish them luck, but I believe that unless they build new sites with new workers that they might end up with a deal like Mitsubishi in Holland. Fingers crossed I'm wrong though.

    Nissan is doing very well here in Northern Europe. They somehow could combine design and acceptable prices. French cars are the same. While not of a very high quality, their design and price are very nice. The overall effect is similar to Samsung's mobile phones. Russia, is of course, just an acceptable production site for European needs. It might, very well, work.
