    Same old lame excuse as always, "the weather" ! Sorry, but isn't it a bit early to be blaming a lack of "winter" clothes sales ? Its not even "winter" yet !!! Sheesh, whatta bunch of goofs ! Heres an idea... try importing some new fashionable clothes from New York or L.A. ! How about offering some reasonable prices at your Gap stores ? How about focusing on the "mens" market for a spell ? Seems there are so mny things Japanese department stores could be doing besides moaning on and on about the weather.
