    The close proximity in pronunciation of 'Seksui' to 'Sexy' will see probably require some rebranding in Orstraaaaylya for this plan to take off. Or some incredibly housing.

    "Mate, whaddaya reckon 'bout those 'Sexy' Houses? Heheheheheh."

    As an Aussie currently living in a sekisui house in Japan I would suggest that they look up the term 'insulation' before even thinking about it.Other than that,of all the places I have lived here,the Sekisui houses are pretty good overall.They also offer two months free rent which really saved my bacon this year when I moved.No complaints here.
