Considering that 3 out of the 4 U.S. deaths attributed to the airbags happened in regions OUTSIDE of the ones Takata is accepting, I have to wonder just what "evidence" they are citing? One more death outside the "humid" regions Takata has agreed to and the civil suit brought by the victim's survivors will put Takata out of business permanently.
