    Well, when you cut your workers' bonuses and then in turn demand they spend a certain percentage of their salary on your own products, that happens.

    "Weak sales" at Sony is one way to put it. But the 19.2% drop in revenue that is being reported sounds more like plummeting sales than weak sales.

    I find it amusing that a loss is considered good news because it is "less than expected" by the analysts. Aren't those the same analysts that failed to predict the US property bubble burst and the ensuing credit debacle?

    Next they'll want us to believe the weather forecasts!
