Akio morita's SONY is miracle,companies need to do more miracle work like Akio,to make others help them.

Not me. I finished with SONY a few years ago due to "SONY time." Got tired of products that I kept in excellent shape and rarely used suddenly dying after 5 years. (laptop, cybershot camera..) 2 pairs of SONY headphones, yes headphones, died after 6 months.

Furthermore, a friend of mine that works for Dentsu and does advertising for SONY has also told me that SONY products are junk. She never buys SONY.

SONY Products...no quality just plain branded goods. Support is worst. You can't even download your own device driver in their web even you own one because simply misplacing the original installers will mean buying the original disk again for a hefty price. Where on earth can you see such GREED. Shame on you SONY, hope you learn to cater to your consumers before focusing on ripping us up or better yet just go under.

I can't believe Sony made the Trinitron TV, which was by far the best TV you could buy in the 70's. Also the Walkman, which blew away every other cassette player.

SONY products used to be good. I agree with you, Sarge. I used the same SONY Walkman during the whole 80's decade. It outlived my parachute pants, AC/DC muscle shirt, back-pocket comb and magnificent mullet. ;p
