I do not believe that that car is driving. Water is over the hood and would flood out the engine.

Depends on where the air-intake is located but agree I don't see a snorkel.

Said that I drove a bikes through flooded area and was fine as I prevented water from entering the exhaust and the water covered my crotch. In short fine for small stretches if you know what you are doing.

Hope they get soon back on track.
