Sometimes, you're just blowing it out of your ear, aren't you ? ? It's a largely pro-active move. Would you feel safer if they did nothing ????

This is good, better safe than sorry.

Better built it right, than recall it.

Better recall now than later, save lives... Very responsible from Toyota...

Some drivers or their mechanics have put in the wrong type of brake fluid, causing some of the seals to curl up and allowing a small amount of brake fluid to leak, Toyota said

Is there any driver out there who changes brake fluid on a modern car by herself? If you can afford a proper mechanics, you shouldn't drive a new car.

Interesting that none of the media reports in Australia are mentioning that the fault is caused by the owner or service agent using the incorrect brake fluid.

Hi Toyota, number 1 but number one position, also brings its many recall woes too.

Brake fluid has not changed since the invention of brakes. Odd

Brake-Fluid hasn't changed but there are different grades for different types of Brake systems, etc.

Too many Japanese get too hysterical, like Chinese do, when you say something like Geez, Toyota sucks, I would never by those crap cars, which I would NEVER BUY! I prefer NISSAN!
