Their greed has kept them from fixing the problem for years and it all could have been solved with a postage size piece of medal? This is really fishy? What about the India recall based on faulty electric windows. Is that a problem in the US?

I am a bit puzzled about this Toyota bashing. We won't get the actual test results of this component prone to failure. A chance of one in a million that the pedal gets stuck. Temperature, humidity, maintenance, use/abuse, stupidity all to be factored in. For that the company recalls more than 4 million vehicles. Toyota is on top of things. And I don't give a hoot about what Dukes thinks or Fisher or Ditlow. Some people seem to hate Toyota so much they are spreading unfounded rumors about electronic faults. Toyota may be this, may be that. I hate those people. You can do nothing with may bes.

Toyota got themselves a bad case of mad cow...America will inspect every part of every Toyota selling in the USA. Chew on it. Faulty, death trap Toyotas have killed more Americans then mad cow. Toyota 19 deaths, mad cow 0 deaths.
