Toyota decided personnel reduction. And a lot of contract worker lost their job. The largest factory of Toyota in Japan is Nagoya. When Toyota’s growth went well, Nagoya was said most thriving city in Japan. But now an unemployed person increase rapidly. A number of restaurant, store and pub put up the shutters. In the taxi circles, sales decrease sharply and many companies are in the verge of ruin. It’s very serious. Also Toyota cut production in North America. I was very surprise and shocked that I heard this news. Toyota is one of the biggest companies in Japan. But it seems that business situation of Toyota is getting worse. If Toyota becomes bankrupt, I guess the economy collapse. I worry about the future.

Japan economic future is okay,in 1980s TSE touched almost 40,000 and now today it is 8,000 something. Japan has managed to handle a almost 32,000 pts drop from 1980s.

Japan people should think positive and plan for new future economy where all japan futuristic tech company will be more needed.

The global corporations of world are now in the process of redisipline mode. Once these phase is over, there will better conditions for Japan dynamic change companies. Today world is not 1930s,and those kind of economics. Today so many countries of world doing so much better than they were in 1930s.

People who are still in jobs must make the changes needed to capture product sales in future. The future will see many changes for all, oppurtunities also will increase in future via new dynamic change coming to Toyota and all Nikkei 225 companies. The only thing to fear is fear itself. Conquer the fears toyota and make japan move forward .

What's amazing is that there are still some morons here in the US who seem to think that Detroit's problems are caused by the Japanese. But of course morons gebeally don't read newspapers.
