yep only possible because of all the quantitive easing (money printing) the US has been doing over the last 4 years crashing the dollar, you can now understand why Japan has gone about the 2% inflation target, different name same outcome..

Why would this help? Between May 2009 and now it has shifted 2 rubles per dollar - not a huge shift. Compare that to yen being at 211 against GBP in 2008 and 140 now.

(Scratching head): Isn't it cheaper to build a factory in Romania, Bulgaria or Poland and ebjoy low salary with the EU infrastructure and logistics. For Russia and Ukraine, that is.
