Uniqlo to open largest store in Ginza
TOKYO —
Fast Retailing announced Thursday that Uniqlo will open its largest store to date in Tokyo’s Ginza shopping district next March 16.
The retailer says the new store at Ginza 6-chome (Ginza Komatsu Building) will occupy 5,000 square meters and feature 12 floors – all selling the Uniqlo brand.
Uniqlo is enjoying rapid expansion abroad, and says it hopes to promote sales at home with the new flagship store.

Didn't they recently open their flagship store on 5th Ave in NY?

Probably not, but commercial property rents have been falling, and Ginza is rapidly becoming the place people go to shop for cheap bargains.

Yes, one of their biggest stores ever.
So far I've been unsuccessful tracking down the Ginza address of this new store. Anyone know?

Or, cool-looking, good quality clothes at a reasonable price, and Meisa Kuroki sure looks good in her Uniqlo stuff, tho I admit she would look good in ANYTHING.

Sad story. I used to know a good old days of Ginza carrying high end products 40 years ago. Ginza had a class and a status. This wll change a branding image of Ginza forever.

I've got news for you, Uniqlo produces decent affordable clothes. I'm much warmer this winter in mine. And it looks nice, too. Now, if it was only made in Japan...
