    How many airlines will go bankrupt? $9bil loss is petty small, writeoff or pass on to respective govts.

    creative reporting seems to say "We will make $9 billion less than last year" so for example last year profit $109billion, this year $100billion... so a $9billion loss... yeah right.

    World arlines,should not given any favours,just close down some airlines and sell aircrafts to richer airlines.

    $9000 MILLION LOSS is because there is just too many airlines,they need to take out or sell some airlines to bigger airlines.

    Here's an idea - why not re-regulate the Air Line industry? They are clearly incapable of running themselves in a responsible manner. Any hoopla about the 'free market' holds no water in this case.
