Good for Toyota, producers of the most reliable vehicles in the world.

Proud to say I bought one when only about 2 or 3000 were plying the roads of Japanburg. I bought the Prius because the RAV4 all electric vehicle was cost prohibitive (the price of the car for new batteries every four or five years.) Now the all-electric Mitsubishi i looks promising.

Went to Toyota today. EVERY Prius worldwide is fitted with a data recorder. Every oil change at a dealer, every hiccup, cough and spit is recorded and reported online (to the designers) in real time worldwide. Each new release of a vehicle has all the lessons learned incorporated. All I can say is "Wow!" Could we get Toyota to run the country?

That's a million electic motors/battery contraptions that they can't recycle. Talk about environmental disaster.
