Hard to tell where the line is between paranoia and misuse of mandate to hide unrelated information. All I know is that both are horrible.
It remains amazing how much annoyance America has caused in the world how few chickens have come home to roost. Can say that for Britian for example. Yet its Americans famous for going overboard with paranoia.
Well, you cannot quite compare an imaginary war to a real world wide war can you?
