Having worked previously at News Corp. (ashamed to admit it), I can attest that it is a grubby place with grubby managers and editors. Ethics is not a word in their online dictionary.

Billionaire, 5 passports (sic), Catholic, Knight of the Vatican (that's heaven taken care of), ruthless dictator, directly responsible for profiting from the misery of thousands for many years, blocked Carbon emissions progress for years (interferes with personal profits) and totally responsible for giving birth to lunatic groups like the Tea Party. I mean, what more needs to be said? This man would stop at nothing and reminds me of some character in the Simpson who's name eludes me ...
