Yes, he definitely has kept his coolness. I respect him for doing such a difficult job and admire the way he talks.

Isn't Hosono just saying what's already been decided in closed door J Govt meetings about the nuclear disaster (A Mouth Piece)? I agree with PussInBoots though. So what if he is telegenic and a skirt chaser . Why even bring it up when Fukushima and Daiichi and other prefectures have way bigger problems then Hosono's personal life to deal with.
