OSAKA —
An 11-year-old girl was attacked by a knife-wielding man passing by on a bicycle at around 11:10 a.m. on Tuesday in Osaka. According to police, the right sleeve of the girl’s T-shirt was slashed about 6 centimeters by the man who was wearing gray colored clothing and a gray baseball cap.
The man reportedly approached the girl while she was speaking with her 12-year-old sister as they were walking home.

How the hell do you slash a t-shirt sleeve without touching the skin underneath? Better go talk to the girls again.

Why can't I ever catch these cowards in action?

It is quite easy. I brushed past a sharp edge on a road barrier, while walking, and it sliced through my jeans, without cutting or in fact touching my skin.

That is some BS. What drives you to go and slash a little girl? That is just nuts.

Once again little boys in grown-up bodies are frustrated so they attack little girls. I feel the same as you Jbizzle. I would love to take out a little of my own frustrations out on these guys.

Why is Osaka over-represented in the nutter dept these days. Where are you Saitama?

I guess the gun laws prevent drive by shootings in Japan, but drive by knifings seems to be on the rise...The normal Japanese reaction will be to make stricter laws on knives. Soon, only outlaws and nutters will have knives.
