In very bad taste and very foolish. But what this girl needs are a few therapy sessions to address her obvious issues. Time in jail or otherwise won't fix anything.
Wait a second. Is this the same story or a different story of a girl making threats? If its seperate ones, (first one was a 17 year old girl) and now we have a 16 year old girl? Well, apparantly this stupid little runts need to learn the hard way. What say a little mandatory community service for "I thought it was just a prank" junk will put them in line.
Lets wait a while reserving judgement until j cops have time to get involved in a criminal investigation over sex with this girl. They always seem to fall for this. Darn copy cat crimes...
If a 19-year-old can kill someone and get off without any jail time, exactly what do you think will happen to a 16-year-old who just played around with a computer? NOTHING. Waste of time and money this one.
This wasn't thought this was posted. She should have had more sense than that. She needs to be shown the consequences of her actions even if she gets a slap on the wrist in court. Threatening people even in jest is unsavory and can scare people into a panic. Freedom of speech is only within boundaries of societies laws.
@Triple888 nope, thought is not a crime. Its when you lack the judgement to know which thoughts to keep to yourself and whichs ones to show to the public that makes the people around you start having their red flags go up. Everyone has dreadful thoughts going on in their heads. But if you're stupid enough to publish or act on a thought for everyone else to see, well that is when society gets concerned especially after undergoing the previous Akihabara incedent.
she's stupid? if it's a joke it's not fun at all. after if she wanted to kill a lot of people why choose a friday? you will 3times more people in the sunday afternoon. if this girl want really kill someone she can start by herself. if she really want kill people at shibuya i'll wait her maybe we can have fun toghether.

Terroristic threats are aginst the law; at 16 there is little excuse for her behavior.

I think she is innocent. It is a witch-hunt due to the fall-out from Akihabara and the under-age sex cafe.

Yes, exactly. If this was a 16 or 17 year-old man then the outcome would be very different wouldn't it?

Posting stuff like that on a forum shouldn't lead to court or arrest.
